We use your information to process orders, provide customer support, calculate loyalty points and referral commissions, review job applications, and occasionally contact you about your account or order status. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed through Safaricom's M-Pesa platform. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN. Payment confirmations we receive are used only to verify and record your order.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized staff who need it to do their jobs. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, though no online system can guarantee complete security.
5. Cookies
This site uses basic cookies necessary for you to stay logged in and for your cart to work correctly. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
